AW Bistro App Instructions

How to order your food and drinks with the AW Bistro App.

Use the AW Bistro App to order food or drinks to take away at a pick-up time of your choosing, or have them delivered direct to your table whilst sat within the bistro.

Downloading the App

Download the free App on your phone via the App Store for iPhone users or Google Play for android users by searching ‘AW Bistro’. Once downloaded, press ‘create account’ and fill out the form using your details.

You are now good to go!

Order & Pay (dine in)

Once you’re seated comfortably within the bistro, take note of the number of the table you’re sat at and get ready to order:

  1. Open up the app and click on the Home button
  2. Select the AW Bistro venue (James Watson House, Carlisle)
  3. Select the ‘Food Menu’ button to browse today’s selection of food and drinks or use the search bar at the top to look for your favourite items.
  4. Once you have decided, select the item and press ‘add’.
  5. Repeat the process until you’ve made your full selection.
  6. Once you have everything in your basket press the ‘basket’ button in the top right corner.
  7. Select the table number you are sat at by pressing ‘table’.
  8. Make your payment and your order will be delivered directly to you.

Click and Collect (takeaway)

If you’d like to take your drink or food away from the Bistro you are able to pre-order ahead for collection via the app.

  1. Open up the app and click on the Home button
  2. Select the AW Bistro venue (James Watson House, Carlisle)
  3. Choose a time slot – this must be at least 30 minutes in advance of your preferred collection time
  4. Select the ‘Food Menu’ button to browse today’s selection of food and drinks or use the search bar at the top to look for your favourite items.
  5. Once you have decided on an item, select it and choose the ‘takeaway’ option before pressing ‘add’ to put it in your basket.
  6. Repeat the process until you’ve made your full selection.
  7. Once you have everything in your basket press the ‘basket’ button in the top right corner.
  8. Make your payment and your order will be ready to collect at the agreed time.
