Note: Armstrong Watson LLP and Armstrong Watson Audit Limited use the same Standard Terms as above “Armstrong Watson Standard Terms”, unless the engagement is a Corporate Finance engagement, a Forensic Accounting engagement or an IT Services engagement (which will be made clear on the covering engagement terms on a case by case basis), in which case the appropriate Standard Terms for services provided by either Armstrong Watson LLP or Armstrong Watson Audit Limited are the “Armstrong Watson Corporate Finance Standard Terms” or the “Armstrong Watson Forensic Standard Terms” or the “Armstrong Watson IT Services Standard Terms” as made clear on the covering engagement terms. In any case, the relevant dated document above that applies to a particular engagement will also be made clear on the covering engagement letter on a case by case basis.

Suppliers and Contractors

Contracts for the provision of all services and supplies to Armstrong Watson LLP and associated entities must be approved in writing by a designated member of Armstrong Watson LLP. Where no approval has been given, payment may not be made.
