About Stephen

Stephen has specialised in financial due diligence for 25 years and has a wealth of experience having worked on deals ranging from £1m to £1bn for corporate, private equity and funding clients across a wide variety of sectors.

As part of the Corporate Finance team, Stephen leads the firms due diligence service offering, providing pragmatic and practical advice to clients who are buying or selling a business to give them an enhanced level of confidence to transact.

He joined Armstrong Watson in 2024, after almost 14 years as Financial Due Diligence Partner at RSM, and worked with BDO and KPMG in the earlier part of his corporate finance career.
