About Nicole

Nicole is a Corporate and International Tax specialist, with extensive experience in advising large multinational groups and entrepreneurial businesses across a variety of sectors.

Nicole has a specialist interest in outbound and inbound international tax planning, as well as the taxation of, and relief for, IP development and ownership including R&D and Patent Box Relief. She also has experience in advising companies on their loan relationships and the various corporation tax rules relating to the deductibility of interest including, but not limited to, the corporate interest restriction rules and the hybrid mismatch rules.

A Chartered Tax Adviser, Nicole joined Armstrong Watson from Mazars in 2024, having previously worked for EY and Dixon Hughes Goodman in the United States.

Nicole prides herself on taking a practical and personable approach when advising clients so tax advice is relevant, straightforward and helps clients to achieve their goals.
