Xero Customers using Handelsbanken will be pleased to hear that Xero and Handelsbanken are now able to communicate via Open Banking.
You will need to update the bank account details using Accounting ¬ Bank ¬ Accounts ¬ Manage Account ¬ Edit Account Details
Ensure Your Bank shows Handelsbanken (UK)
Check your account number and sort code are correct. You can then connect to your Online Bank account.
There have been some teething issues where the Your Bank section has been unable to be changed and a call will need to be logged with Xero support to enable this change.
