To mark a successful six months since acquisition, Armstrong Watson Accountants, Business and Financial Advisers presented their newly refurbished Blythswood Square office to clients and business partners at a special Gin Tasting experience on Thursday 4th October.
The event celebrated an ambitious expansion for the firm in the city, following the acquisition of the former Haines Watts practice in February, and also highlighted Armstrong Watson’s continued investment in their Glasgow operation.
All the public areas, meeting room and reception have been redesigned by Dumfriesshire based company Eco Genics, and a new ‘break-out’ area has been created, providing a relaxed, casual environment for less formal client meetings.
The launch event also coincided with the announcement that Richard Gibson, Glasgow Lead Office Partner, has taken up the role of Head of Corporate Finance across the firm’s 16 regional offices and follows a number of new appointments over the past few months including; Pamela Coyne joining the Glasgow team as Restructuring, Recovery and Insolvency Partner and Bryce Niven recently taking up the post of the Glasgow office’s first Chartered Financial Planning Consultant.
