Armstrong Watson is delighted to announce the appointment of Business Development Manager, Kelly Crosbie.
Her role is to meet with businesses and gain a detailed understanding of their payroll and employee needs, enabling the firm to provide services which will bring real value to that business.
Kelly said:
I’m delighted to be joining Armstrong Watson and to be part of a fantastic progressive, forward thinking firm. I’m looking forward to working with the payroll team and developing existing and new relationships in my new role as Business Development Manager.
I was born in Carlisle and became a partner for the family business at the age of 22, after the sale of the business I then moved to Manchester and spent two years working in recruitment. In 2014 I decided to move back to Carlisle having missed family, friends and the countryside and worked for Learndirect, developing new business in the apprenticeship division.
My new role with Armstrong Watson enables me to put my people skills to good use and help develop relationships enabling the Payroll and Employee service to better support businesses.’
