Legal Strategic Pricing Masterclass - Newcastle

Pricing is a key area for law firms and an area that can have a huge impact on profitability

This highly interactive two-day Masterclass will consider:

  • Pricing concepts and the financial impact of pricing on the firm
  • Pricing strategies and tactics
  • Pricing the client and documenting the arrangement
  • Pricing case studies
  • Implementation – embedding a pricing culture

Nigel Haddon has previously presented one hour pricing sessions at our Legal Sector Breakfast Briefings. Having received superb feedback on those ‘lift the bonnet’ presentations, we are now extending the opportunity to Armstrong Watson clients and contacts to attend this more in-depth two day masterclass.
Nigel is almost fully booked in presenting two-day pricing masterclasses in-house at individual firms. This public version is the ideal way for firms to obtain the benefit of training up to two of their people at much reduced rates, providing real value for money.
Firms that we have been involved with on these programmes have seen their fees increase by some 5-15%. Sophisticated pricing approaches help firms to improve client opportunity conversions, improve recoveries, avoid scope creep and have happy clients.
