Bernard Savage is founder and director of Size 101/2 Boots (Tenandahalf), a business development agency that specialises in helping professional service firms to grow. After 12 years in blue chip companies (Procter & Gamble and Shell) Bernard assumed a marketing director role at Eversheds. The insight gleaned at Eversheds and the imminent Legal Services Act was the inspiration to form an agency in 2005 targeting more progressive and likeminded advisory firms.
