Legal Breakfast Briefing - Leeds

Tom Blandford of Armstrong Watson and Leeds Law Society would like to invite you to the next of our regular series of Breakfast Briefings for the Legal Services Market in Leeds.

As with our previous events, invites are restricted to key decision makers within key regional firms.  Our intention is to hold these events for a select group of no more than 20 regular attendees.  That way we can attract high quality nationally recognised speakers to present on law firm management issues.

The evidence base and alternative approaches to tackling key industry challenges

Whether it’s the war for talent, rising PI premiums, the extension of Fixed Costs or growing your customer base, there are plenty of challenges engaging leaders in the legal sector.

This session explores how firms have successfully tackled today’s key business challenges in less obvious ways and offers approaches that can be used by your firm.  Taking an evidence-based view, the session will also dispel some of the myths about sector trends and highlight some of the pitfalls to watch-out for when executing change.

Speaker Profile – Bill Guthrie

Bill is the founding Director of Glenesk. He has over 20 years’ experience delivering improvements in cost, cash, customer service and risk across sectors and has previously held practice leadership roles at Newton Europe Ltd.  He specialises in the delivery of complex change that spans data, systems, process and people. He holds an Executive MBA from Henley Business School and a Masters Degree in Economics from the University of Dundee.
