Andy has specialised exclusively in advising lawyers since 2004.  He helps law firms to improve by providing benchmarking, strategic consultancy, merger assistance, structural reviews and training courses. He understands and proactively informs law firms on issues that may impact on them.

The legal sector throughout the whole of the UK is currently facing an unprecedented level of change including the Legal Services Act, regulatory reform, personal injury reform and legal aid reform.  This is creating uncertainty for some and clear business focus and preparation for others.     Andy Poole will share his experience of how the market is changing and how others are responding – giving you the opportunity to discuss best practice and plan for the future.  He will also discuss the trading structure options for Scottish law firms and will cover the implications and merits of trading as a partnership; LLP; limited company; or hybrid.
