Partnership offer review

The Armstrong Watson legal sector team can help you to appraise an offer of partnership.  This is not a full due
diligence or valuation assignment, so cannot be fully relied upon to identify all risks or provide specific advice
on whether or not to accept, but is designed tohelp you to identify risks and questions that you may wish to ask
before you make your decision.  We adopt that approach in these circumstances in order to be able to keep fees
at an appropriate level for you as an individual.  Ultimately we can help you but the final decision will rest with you.
